10 new products in 3 days

Nestlé and Ideators teams after the co-creation session
Challenge

Nestlé wanted to create 10 new products for the Brazilian market, aiming to have them tested in a short timeframe.

Process

Starting from in-depth research on market and consumer trends and Nestlé's directions, we brought in IDEATORS methodology for a 3-day session, bringing together in the same room, collaborators and managers from its different departments and countries, namely Brazil, Taiwan, USA, Switzerland and France, to collaborative explore and define 10 new products for the Brazilian market.

Results

The 10 new products were created, and on the 3rd day all participants proceeded to develop the first early-stage prototypes in Nestlé’s kitchen-lab; the first step to assessing the products’ feasibility to reaching the market.
