Challenge
How could Melissa win back the passion of Melisseiras, their biggest fans as well as biggest brand ambassadors?
Process & Results
We delivered a full round of 8 workshops in different cities throughout Brazil, exclusively for Melisseiras. With them onboard, the sessions were focused on ideating new products that were assessed and validated immediately. Lastly, once the new designs were produced they were sent to the participants as an exclusive gift.
The success of this initiative lead to the second edition of the co-creation of new products with the Melisseiras.
