Training co-creation agents for sales
Challenge
Dunnhumby was looking for a partner to bring co-creation to its business development and sales teams in different regions, aiming to improve the already collaborative mindset in place to how it engages with its customers.
Process
We set 1-week intensive learn-by-doing training programs for Dunnhumby's teams in Colombia, Canada and South Africa. These week-long training programs started by focusing on solving one challenge with each team, to then deconstructing them and build together their next co-creation process.
Results
The already high client satisfaction rates were raised (Colombia) and team members in the three countries became IDEATORS co-creation agents.
