Challenge
UNICEF Timor Leste surveyed its staff and concluded that besides excellent results in various organisational dimensions, there were four areas with space for improvement.
Process
Taking the opportunity of an already planned team retreat we applied the IDEATORS methodology in a full morning session with UNICEF’s local staff of 70 people, to address, discuss and co-create ideas to improve the identified areas.

Results
Being part of a bigger process that includes surveys and focus groups, the co-creation session added a moment of collective ideation into designing solutions that are now being assessed and further developed to be included in a wider plan.
